Our Ingredients
We source with integrity – and where possible all our ingredients are Organic. Our native British breed beef and locally sourced vegetables go into all our meals, and we work hard to ensure our fish is sustainably caught to the highest levels and all carries an MCS 1-3 – find out more.
We make from scratch every time, no shortcuts. Passion, provenance, patience and pride. All in Good taste!
Our cooking
The original recipes were created in our farmhouse kitchen, enjoyed by all the family from generations past to present. We have stayed close to what we know and continue to use the same recipes, made in our dedicated Pegoty Hedge kitchens here on the farm. We cook in small batches, create all our sauces from scratch and take pride in each and every meal from peeling the potatoes through to the garnishes on top!
Our Packaging
As part of our promise to the land, we have worked hard on our green projects and continue to do so. We have remained true to this promise in our packaging too – and so we are proud to say we have now sourced a tray that is made from recycled materials and can be fully recycled by you at home. Because the trays are made this way there will be variations in their colours, we hope you like them!
